Returns and Replacements Policy

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged product, wrong product or lost delivery)?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product item that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O. (Delivery Order) to us at order@annextools.com (if applicable). Please give us a call at #760-998-6000, to receive a RMAN (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and detailed instructions.

 

WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ORDERS THAT FALL UNDER THE BELOW CATEGORIES:

1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected item and your D.O. (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to process a refund. In light of this, any order that falls into this category should not be thrown or discarded away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at order@annextools.com.

2. In the event that the wrong product is received, please call us at #760-998-6000, to notify us immediately. So that we may assist you in expediting & shipping the correct product, at no additional cost to you.

3. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-ship & expedite the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

 

ORDERING TERMS

Processing Times:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 1-2 days. All orders placed on weekends, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 5 - 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Large Shipments:
Large items are shipped via truck freight and costs for this vary depending on location and extras. These items will be tagged to call us for Truck Freight costs on the product information page.

We will never share share your personal information with any third party. Who is third party? Well, the first party is us, and the second party is you. So a third party is anyone other than us and you.
